VW Scirocco III Chiptuning - as the successor to the VW Corrado, which was discontinued in summer 1995, the Scirocco III was presented in spring 2008 as a 2 + 2-seater station wagon. The Scirocco received the Car of the Year 2008 award in the well-known Top Gear magazine. The Scirocco uses the same platform as the Golf V. Customers can choose between 125 HP and 280 HP engines. For sporty drivers, there is still an optimization through a VW Scirocco III chiptuning. A six-speed manual transmission is available as standard. The Scirocco's production ended in 2017 and there was no successor.
